Do you currently have a non-functioning GE C-Arm that you want to dispose of? As you probably already know its not as easy as placing the c-arm out on the curb for trash pick up. We can help.
If you own a functioning or non-functioning GE OEC C-Arm such as a GE OEC 9600 or a GE OEC 9800; we have a way for you to dispose of the units at no cost to you. I’ll outline a few easy steps below.
- Contact us by phone 281-806-5566 Ext 404 to schedule a pick-up.
- Fill out form below.
- Write a letter to the Texas Department of State Health Services/Radiation Safety Licensing Branch informing them that you will be transferring your C-arm to Mobile C-Arm Services.
- With letter above, submit form RC 18-R the “Radiation Machine Transfer/Disposal Form”.
Submit form RC 226-2 “Registration Application for users of Radiation Machines” in order to delete the machine from your facility. - Once you send the forms to the State of Texas and provide us with copies we will then confirm the c-arm pick-up
We are currently mainly interested in GE OEC C-Arms but will take a look at other brands. We only provide this service in the State of Texas and it is at our discretion whether or not we will take your C-arm. Our primary business is renting c-arms short term to medical facilities.
