All of our C-arm Rentals come with 4 lead aprons, but we also rent additional aprons if needed. We have also rented lead aprons separately for training sessions or labs. We also have relationships with lead manufacturers if you are interested in purchasing lead aprons for your medical facility.
A lead apron is protective clothing that acts as a radiation shield. The purpose of the lead apron is to reduce exposure of a hospital patient to x-rays to vital organs that are potentially exposed to ionizing radiation during medical imaging that uses radiography or fluoroscopy.
